The Environment

At Castles Security Shredding we take looking after the environment seriously and all of the paper we collect from customers for security document shredding is sent to the paper mills for recycling into other products once it has been shredded. At the paper mills they have a magnetic metal retrieval system where all the paperclips, staples, binding are retrieved form the shredded paper and also sent for recycling.

For every one ton of paper we send for recycling, it saves 17 mature trees from being un-necessary cut down.

Recycled paper can be made into numerous items, toilet rolls, copier paper, note pads.
